May 4th, 2005 Our one month anniversary as a family

Today is exactly one month from the day we received Chloe. It feels like forever, and so much has happened.

Chloe has finally taken a liking to her dear father and now loves to play with him. She allows him to do everything Mom does, so life is much happier for all. Chloe seems so much older than she was one month ago. She was very much still a baby when we received her. Now she is a walking, waving, babbling and tempermental toddler.

She has tried just about all of her outfits now, at least the smaller ones. Her 9 month and 12 month clothes all still fit. She is extremely outgoing and prefers large crowds, loud music and lots of children. Whenever she sees another child, she tries to get their attention. She easily becomes bored, especially in the living room, if not given constant attention and new diversions. She is a complete handful and we wouldn't trade her for the world!
