Our Mother's Day pictures didn't turn out, so here's one from last week at the zoo! 

Another fun Weekend!

Saturday morning we headed off to the Los Angeles Zoo. The weather was perfect, cool and slightly overcast, partially sunny. We arrived about a half hour after they opened and now I know where everyone with a 1, 2 or 3 year old goes! There were so many toddlers, I was amazed.

The theme for May was "All about babies" as there were lots of new baby animals at the zoo. The cutest baby was the giraffe, who at one month old stood over 6 feet tall. Chloe loved looking at all the animals and giggled at them enthusiastically. If you want to see pictures of the day, you will have to stop by for some home movies. We forgot to take any still pictures.

Sunday was another fun day. We spent the night after the zoo trip at our cabin in Tehachapi. We visited the grandparents on Sunday morning and then spent the afternoon at our favorite Bakersfield park. We all had a lot of fun!
